Windows 2003 64bit Terminal Server and Notes 8.5 Basic client

I know this is not supported, but has anyone try using Notes 8.5 Basic client with Windows 2003 64bit Terminal Server.

Have not tried it. We are running Release 7.0.2 on W2K3 R2 x64 terminal server with Citrix pres. server 4.5. We definately have more crashing on this configuration then we do for XP users. We would like to find a version of the client that works better for this config, even though the notes server itself is still running 7, maybe the 8.x client is better on x64?

This is part 2 of my creating composite application for classic Lotus Notes clients. In part 2, I will cover how a new event in Lotus Notes 8 can used to simplify the process of creating a composite application. You can download the demo code from the sidebar or download it from here. This new event is "onSelect" and is found in Notes View. This event works not only for regular views but also for embedded views and even embedded views within a dialog box. This event is triggered whenever a document is selected in a view. LotusScript, which was derived from Visual Basic, was written long before JSON existed, and therefore, LotusScript had no built-in capabilities for handling JSON objects.
